This policy covers the shikshel.com website only — what it collects, who handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Who we are
Shikshel is a school management platform operated by Nadrel Technologies, with a registered office at SCO-11, 2nd Floor, District Shopping Complex, Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar-143001, Punjab, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Nadrel Technologies.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to the shikshel.com marketing website — the pages you are reading now. It does not cover the Shikshel product itself, which schools access separately under its own agreement and privacy terms.
3. What we collect
The only information this website collects is what you type into the demo request form:
- Your name
- Your school's name
- Your email address
- Your phone or WhatsApp number
- The topics you tick that you would like to discuss
- Anything you choose to write in the optional message field
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising tools on this website, and we do not set cookies. Nothing is stored in a database — submitting the form sends us an email and nothing else.
4. Children's information
This website is intended for school staff and administrators. It does not ask for, and should not be used to send us, any information about students or other children. The Shikshel product handles student records under its own agreement with your school.
5. Why we collect it, and on what basis
We use these details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and arrange the demo or conversation you asked for. We do not use them for marketing unrelated to your request, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, our basis for processing is the consent you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time — see section 8.
6. Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and deliver your message. Each processes your information only to provide their service to us:
- Vercel — hosts the website and keeps standard server request logs, which include IP addresses.
- Resend — delivers the form submission to us as an email.
- Cloudflare — provides DNS for shikshel.com and routes mail sent to our contact address.
- Google — the mailbox where your enquiry arrives and is read.
Some of these providers operate infrastructure outside India. Note that this concerns website enquiries only; the Shikshel product stores school and student data in India.
7. How long we keep it
Your enquiry stays in our email inbox for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. If you would like it deleted sooner, ask us and we will remove it.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information of yours we hold
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete it
- Withdraw the consent you gave when you submitted the form
Email contact@shikshel.com and we will act on your request. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you may raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Security
Traffic to this website is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Because form submissions are emailed rather than stored, this website holds no database of enquiries.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
