What we do
Shikshel is a school management platform built for Indian schools. From the first admission enquiry to the final report card, it keeps admissions, fees, attendance, academics, communication, and campus operations in one connected system.
Schools use Shikshel to track enquiries through to enrolment, collect fees and follow up on dues, record attendance in seconds, publish results and report cards, and give students, parents, and teachers their own secure portal — with AI handling the repetitive work that would otherwise fall to staff.
Our mission
Schools run on scattered tools — paper registers, Excel sheets, WhatsApp groups, and ageing ERP software that nobody enjoys using. Fee dues go untracked, information sits in silos between departments, and staff spend hours each week on work that software should be doing quietly in the background.
Our mission is to give schools the kind of polished, dependable software that large enterprises take for granted — affordable, India-first, and genuinely simple to use. Every school should be able to run like a well-organised operation, whatever its size.
The company
Shikshel is built by Nadrel Technologies, a technology company building a family of next-generation business-software products designed to streamline the everyday operations of modern organisations. Nadrel's first product, DesksFlow, serves education consultancies and immigration agencies; Shikshel brings the same approach to schools.
Shikshel is built by co-founders Amandeep Kaur and Ranjeet Singh, who lead a small team focused on building reliable, thoughtfully designed tools that solve real operational problems.
